Will the mount change my gear mesh setup?

Moving the motor alters pinion alignment and may require slight gearbox adjustments to maintain correct gear mesh and avoid premature wear.

Can I use my existing ESC and battery position with this mount?

Most setups will work but you might need to relocate the ESC or battery to optimise weight balance after converting to a rear motor layout.

Is extra reinforcement needed for high power motors?

The aluminium mount is sturdy, but for very high power motors check mounting screws and consider threadlock or backing washers to prevent loosening under load.

Does motor height affect tyre wear?

Yes, motor height can influence weight transfer and drive characteristics which in turn affect how quickly tyres wear on different surfaces.
