Front Rack for YD-4 Models

This RC slide rack is supplied under Yokomo part number Y4-202R and is intended as a replacement for YD-4 series cars. Fabricated from wear-resistant steel, the component serves as the sliding member in the front steering assembly.

Compatibility is restricted to the DP-YD4 family; the product lists support for DP-YD4 and DP-YD4MR chassis. When fitted to compatible YD-4 components, it retains the original steering linkage geometry.

After installation, inspect the servo linkage and tie-rod attachments for correct clearance, confirm the rack moves freely, and ensure there is no binding through the full steering arc. Regular replacement of a worn rack will reduce steering play and restore predictable return action.
