Durable Machined Wing Plates for Consistent Aerodynamics

This RC-scale aluminum wing plate set is produced for touring car bodies to aid rear wing adjustments and aerodynamic setup. The plates provide a firm mounting surface where longevity and stable wing positioning are important.

Material and finish affect setup repeatability. Machined aluminum resists deformation better than plastic, helping preserve wing angle and placement across multiple runs to support steady aerodynamic balance.

Installation follows standard touring car procedures: fit the plate to the wing post area, check alignment with the body and mounting posts, then confirm wing angle before final torque. Take care not to over-stress body posts or wing tabs when tightening fasteners.

When tuning, treat these plates as a way to lock the wing geometry you prefer. Even small changes to wing angle or height influence rear downforce and transient handling, so make measured adjustments and validate them with test laps.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Wipe mating surfaces clean after sessions and remove grit that can trap moisture. Regular inspection and light cleaning prevent surface wear and maintain fit.
Machined aluminum is durable, but check mounting holes and contact faces for signs of wear and address any looseness before it affects wing geometry.
Keep the bolt interfaces free from dirt, inspect for distortion after impacts, and recheck tightness periodically to ensure continued repeatable performance.
