Fine spacer for X12/GT/YR10 axle setup

This RC axle shim is sold under the Yokomo YOKR12-24SSB designation and measures 6.4 x 8.5 x 0.127 mm, intended for fitment on X12, GT and YR10 models. It is a slim spacer used where small lateral adjustments or preload changes are required on axles.

Use it to tweak axle endplay, remove small lateral movement between hub and bearing surfaces, or to achieve consistent mesh and wheel offset when precision matters. Each shim is 0.127 mm thick, letting you build up thickness in controlled steps by combining parts as needed.

Installation is straightforward: place the shim at the recommended interface or where you detect play, then recheck rotation and seating. After adjusting, inspect bearings and gear engagement to ensure there is no binding. This item is meant for chassis setup and fine tuning rather than structural repair.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Fit the shim at the axle interface specified in your chassis manual or at the point where you observe play between hub and bearing. Positioning varies by hub design, so follow the chassis guidance first.
No special tools are required; basic hand tools to remove the wheel or hub are sufficient. Work cleanly and ensure shims sit flat before reassembling components.
After fitting, manually rotate the wheel and check gear mesh under light load. Reinspect bearings and hub clearance; if rotation feels tight, reduce shims or reposition until rotation is smooth.
