Front Gear Set and Fitment for MR-4TCSD

This graphite ring gear and drive gear set is intended for use in MR-4TCSD front one-way and solid axle configurations. The parts are provided as service replacements to fit directly into front one-way or solid axle setups that require graphite gears.

Confirm compatibility before purchase: check that your chassis uses the MR-4TCSD front assembly, assess existing gear mesh and bearing condition, and fit this set when you detect play or inconsistent engagement. Graphite offers dimensional stability that supports routine upkeep in RC drivetrains.

Installation guidance: disconnect the power source and secure the chassis, remove the front drive housing per the chassis instructions, thoroughly clean mating areas, install the gears with correct mesh, ensure alignment with the front one-way or solid axle parts, and manually rotate the assembly to verify smooth engagement prior to reconnecting electronics and testing at low throttle.

Troubleshooting note: use this set when diagnosing front driveline engagement problems or when adjusting mesh during setup sessions.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Measure and compare the existing ring and drive gear dimensions and check your chassis manual to confirm it lists MR-4TCSD front one-way or solid axle compatibility before ordering this set.
Follow the chassis disassembly sequence, clean mating surfaces, fit gears to the indicated alignment marks if present, set mesh with a feeler or paper test, and hand-rotate to check for binding before final assembly.
Inspect ball bearings for smoothness and play; replace any that show wear. Fresh bearings help maintain correct mesh and reduce noise after fitting new gears.
