This 93-tooth spur gear is produced for use with 64-pitch RC gear systems and is supplied as an RC-scale replacement driven gear. It is suitable for standard service tasks and for small-scale tuning changes.

Because it is built to the 64-pitch standard, correct installation requires a 64-pitch pinion and matching gearbox spacing. Treat it as a direct substitute in gear trains that specify 93-tooth 64-pitch spurs.

Installation advice: set and check radial and axial mesh, make sure the spur seats properly on the hub, and turn the drivetrain by hand to confirm smooth operation without binding. After initial use, re-inspect tooth surfaces for uneven wear and tighten retention hardware as needed.
