The Yokomo YOKYS700 is a 700cSt Super Blend silicone shock oil formulated for 1/10 scale touring and buggy suspension systems. This single-grade oil offers increased damping for a slower shaft return and firmer compression, helping control chassis movement on cleaner surfaces.

For best results, use this oil when you want to curb high-speed compliance and improve rebound consistency. Follow normal shock service steps: clean bodies and pistons, replace O-rings and shims if needed, then fill carefully and work air out before closing the shock.

Tuning with 700cSt typically involves complementary adjustments to piston hole size, spring stiffness, and preload to arrive at the desired handling balance. Keep the bottle tightly closed, store out of heat, and avoid contaminating with non-silicone liquids.
