Will these springs change ride height much?

They are not primarily a ride height spring, but the softer initial stroke can make the chassis settle slightly more under load. Use preload to adjust static height if needed.

Are they a good match for harder shock oil?

Pairing with medium oil often gives a balanced feel; very hard oil may negate the benefit of the softer initial stroke. Try small changes to find the best combination for your track.

Can I use them on both front and rear shocks?

These are specified as rear springs for 13-shock layouts. Using them on the front will alter handling significantly, so stick to the recommended rear application unless you are experimenting.
