Soft damper O-ring built for oil resistance

This soft O-ring is produced for RC damper assemblies using a fluorine-based material that resists typical shock oils to preserve sealing performance during extended use. Its supple profile increases contact with the piston to help avoid friction-related sticking and sustain steady damping response.

A polyslider shim is included in the kit and may be installed depending on the damper cylinder shape to boost sealing contact and reduce oil weep. Apply the shim when you notice slight leakage or when changing cylinder types to improve sealing without swapping internal parts.

To install, remove the damper shaft and check piston and cylinder surfaces for wear, replace the old O-ring with the YS-7HGCA, and only fit the polyslider shim if the cylinder geometry or oil behavior indicates better sealing is required. Reassemble and operate the shock slowly to verify smooth movement and absence of leaks.
