The Yokomo YS-850 Super Blend Shock Oil #850 is formulated as a silicone-based damping fluid for RC-scale shocks, offering consistent viscosity for reliable tuning. It is suitable for use in electric and nitro RC setups where steady damping is needed across normal operating temperatures.

Altering oil weight changes compression and rebound timing, so fitting YS-850 will affect body roll, transition grip, and the chassis balance during acceleration and cornering. Employ it during setup runs to refine rebound and compression feel.

During shock service, ensure the damper internals are free of dirt and expel any trapped air before final reassembly to maintain consistent damping. Verify that seals and pistons are compatible with silicone oils and perform short track checks after any oil swap to confirm handling changes.
