Adapter for accurate pack and cell readings

The Yokomo YZ-MBCW serves as a simple conversion lead to let a battery checker measure packs without changing the pack wiring. It mates to a Dean's 2P plug and supplies an alligator clip lead for attaching to cell tabs or nonstandard connectors.

Supported chemistries include Ni‑Cd and Ni‑MH for 1 to 10 cells, and Li‑Po and Li‑Fe for 1 to 3 cells, with measurement granularity down to 0.001V. This is ideal for bench work when you need repeatable voltage checks during servicing or setup.

To use, attach the Dean's 2P into the checker or clamp the alligator clip to the desired terminal. Take care not to short the exposed connector while a battery is connected.
