The Yokomo Z2-101RO clear Lexan body provides a lightweight, durable shell for RO1.0 racers and street setups. Made from polycarbonate, the body arrives unpainted so you can apply specialist polycarbonate spray paints and cut lines to suit your chassis.

How should I prepare the shell before painting?

Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol, mask windows with the supplied film, and use light tack tape on trim areas before spraying.

Will this body fit other chassis besides RO1.0?

Can I use hobby acrylics instead of polycarbonate paint?

Hobby acrylics are not recommended since they may not flex with the shell. Stick to paints formulated for polycarbonate bodies.
