Aluminium Front Lower Support

This aluminium front lower suspension mount is made for the 2WD YZ-2 chassis and replaces the molded plastic lower mount with a precision-machined aluminium unit. The inner arm pin pocket is set to a 25 degree skid orientation and edges are chamfered for a neat finish.

Functioning as a service and tuning component, the mount increases stiffness over stock plastic, keeps factory mounting positions intact, and interfaces with the existing suspension pins and related hardware for the compatible chassis variants.

Fitting is straightforward on YZ-2 style layouts: remove the front lower arm pins, swap the mount, and reuse compatible fasteners when condition allows. This part is supplied for hobby model use only.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Remove the front lower arm pins, replace the plastic mount with the aluminium unit, and refit the original pins and screws where they remain serviceable. Check pin wear and replace if needed.
Use standard model-grade torque for small aluminium parts and avoid over-tightening. If you are unsure, tighten progressively and verify secure fit without stressing the bracket.
Aluminium resists deformation better than plastic, so mounting points stay true longer. Inspect mating pins and hardware as they can show increased wear when paired with harder metal surfaces.
The part is machined to match original mounting locations; shims are not normally required. If you notice alignment variations, verify arm pin condition and chassis geometry before adding spacers.
