Aluminum inner flange for YZ-4 - durability details

This aluminium center pulley frange is intended for installation inside the YZ-4 center pulley. Supplied as 1 pcs, it functions as a replacement component for the inner section of the YZ-4 center pulley assembly.

The frange locates the pulley inner face and helps keep the center drive axially aligned. Replacing the inner frange when servicing the pulley restores correct spacing and creates a consistent contact surface where the pulley bears on its shaft.

To fit this part, disassemble the center pulley to remove the existing inner flange, install this aluminum frange, then reassemble the pulley. After reassembly inspect drive alignment and axial play before running the model.
