Lightweight titanium M3 fastener for model tuning

This M3 titanium fastener comes in a 3x15mm specification with a JIS-style Phillips drive. Supplied as a 10-piece pack, it is intended for applications where reduced weight and corrosion resistance are beneficial for RC models. Note the button head profile in the product name and verify the head clearances against the mating parts before final installation.

Fitting advice: choose the correct JIS Phillips bit to match the head profile and avoid rounding. Apply moderate torque only; titanium does not deform like steel and thread engagement will feel different. These screws are commonly used on lightweight chassis brackets, small servo mounts, and non-structural body fixings.

Each pack contains 10 pcs which covers small rebuilds and provides spare parts for ongoing model upkeep.

How durable are titanium screws compared with steel?

Titanium offers excellent corrosion resistance and a favourable strength-to-weight ratio, though it can gall if overtightened; use correct torque and lubrication where required.

Are these suitable for repeated disassembly?

They are fine for periodic disassembly, but monitor threads and avoid excessive torque; a light thread locker may help prevent loosening.
