This is an RC-scale molded inner intended for touring tyres, supplied as a set of 4pcs. It is aimed at asphalt use where the added internal mass and controlled rebound modify how the tyre contacts the surface. The part increases grip by adjusting internal weight distribution and rebound behavior, helping to dial in lateral stability and mid-corner bite without changing the tyre's outer shape.

Fitting is simple for anyone used to touring car tyre work: the molded inner locates between tyre and wheel as a removable insert to alter the tyre's response to load and steering. It serves as a tuning component rather than a structural change, suitable for enthusiasts making measured adjustments to tyre performance on paved layouts.

How do I fit the molded inner to the wheel?

Push the molded insert into the tyre so it seats evenly against the wheel rim, then mount the tyre on the rim and check for uniform contact. No special glue is required for normal setup adjustments.

Will this help with high-speed stability?

Yes. By tuning internal mass and rebound, the insert can improve straight-line stability and reduce sudden mid-corner breakaway on paved surfaces.
