Engine Mount Insulator for DZ140/DZ160

This insulator o-ring is supplied as a replacement part for YS Engine DZ140 and DZ160 model engines. It provides an electrical and mechanical isolation seal between the cylinder head or mount and surrounding metalwork to reduce leak paths that may affect running.

Please note compatibility is limited to the DZ140 and DZ160 series; check your engine model reference before buying. The component is intended purely for model RC engine maintenance and not for any full-size powerplant application.

Fitment advice: carefully remove the required components to access the o-ring groove, clean contact faces, position the o-ring squarely in its seat, and reassemble using the torque figures from the engine handbook. Use appropriate hand tools and apply thread locker only when the engine instructions call for it to prevent assembly issues.
