The Yokomo YS-8HD shock cap set contains four top caps made for RC damper assemblies and supplied as replacement parts. These caps serve as the sealing and mounting interface at the shock head and are useful during both rebuilds and routine service.

The anodized aluminium finish improves surface durability and assists when adjusting preload, verifying piston travel, or replacing aged parts. To install, remove the shock head, exchange the top caps, check the seals and thread engagement, then reassemble following normal damper rebuild steps.
