Set gearbox height to refine handling

This Yokomo Z2-302S1 spacer set fits YZ-2 chassis and lets you change the gearbox vertical position to alter rear roll characteristics. The kit contains 4 pieces of 1.0mm spacers that locate under the gearbox, above the rear suspension mount, and under the front brace so you can adjust height without trimming existing components.

Fitting is simple: place spacers at the indicated gearbox and mount points to raise the gearbox by 1mm per shim. Make one change at a time and test on track to observe how each 1mm increment affects traction and balance before adding more.

Keep in mind that changing gearbox height will shift motor and shock tower relationship. If you need to correct pinion mesh or motor clearance after fitting, consider using the separately available Z2-304C-2 and a compatible 3G motor mount.
