Fine-tune rear arm height on your YZ-2

This is an RC-scale rear suspension mount spacer engineered for the Yokomo YZ-2 family. The spacer sits between the plastic rear mount layers so you can make smaller, controlled increments to rear suspension arm height without altering the original parts.

Use this spacer during setup to adjust roll centre and ride height or to correct geometry after swapping mount plates. It stacks with the factory plastic pieces and is intended only for controlled offsets rather than replacing any mount components. Proceed with small changes and evaluate handling after each change.

Fitment is simple: loosen or remove the rear mount as needed, insert the spacer at the chosen position between the plastic mount layers, then reassemble and check alignment. Re-check suspension travel and clearance after adjustment.

Compatibility

  • B-YZ2
  • B-YZ4
  • B-YZ2CA
  • B-YZ2DT
  • B-YZ2DTM
Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
By adding a measured offset, you can subtly change rear roll characteristics and ride height to balance handling without cutting or modifying the original mount parts. Use it for incremental tuning.
The spacer is intended for setup adjustments and stacks with factory parts; inspect it after heavy runs and ensure fasteners remain tight. Regular checks are advised following track sessions.
Place the spacer between the plastic mount plates at the desired position, reassemble and visually check alignment. Then verify suspension travel and handling on a low-speed test to confirm the effect.
