Aluminium Rear Pickup (Front side)

The Yokomo Z2-300RF4A is an aluminium rear suspension mount made for touring car chassis. It is the front-side pickup specified for the YZ-2DTMW platform and can be used as a replacement or a sturdier upgrade to the plastic factory part.

Designed to pair with the resin bush S4-300BS, this mount provides lateral control while preserving adjustable link geometry. The assembly helps keep pivot points consistent when the car is under load, aiding setup repeatability.

As a chassis-level component it locates the suspension links, mates with bulkhead mount points, and supports consistent geometry when arms or link lengths are changed. The aluminium material increases wear resistance and maintains accurate dimensions better than stock plastic.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Remove the original front-side pickup, align this aluminium mount with the bulkhead mounting holes and secure using the same fasteners. Ensure the S4-300BS is seated correctly before tightening.
Apply a drop of medium-strength thread locker to the mounting screws if you race frequently; shims can be used to fine-tune link alignment if needed.
Resin bushes typically run dry, but a light application of plastic-safe grease can reduce squeak and wear if you prefer smoother movement.
Stiffer mounting points reduce unwanted flex, which can make cornering behaviour more predictable; you may need to fine-tune toe or camber to match your setup.
Regularly inspect the bush for wear, confirm screw torque, and check that pivot locations remain free of play to preserve geometry.
