YZ-4 front shock tower engineered from graphite

This front shock tower is an RC-grade graphite upgrade tailored for Gull-style suspension arms fitted to the YZ-4 4WD off-road chassis. The 4mm graphite construction focuses on removing mass from high suspension points to reduce roll and refine steering precision.

By stiffening the shock mount area, the tower helps the dampers maintain consistent stroke under load so the suspension responds more reliably to track irregularities. The intent is functional handling improvement rather than visual modification.

Fitment is aimed at users comfortable with YZ-4 front-end work; the towersupplants the OEM part without forcing changes to shock angle and acts as a practical tuning element for roll and stiffness adjustments.

In most cases no major re-shimming is needed, though you should verify shock stroke and preload after installation to ensure the suspension operates within its designed range.
4mm graphite offers good rigidity with proven durability for on-track use, but like all graphite parts it is more brittle than metal and should be inspected after heavy impacts.
Yes. By reducing flex and upper mass, the tower refines front-end feedback and delivers a crisper initial turn-in, which can aid precision driving on technical tracks.
