Heritage Behind the Maziora 350R

Nova Engineering built a strong reputation in Japanese racing, appearing in series from Formula Nippon to Super GT endurance rounds. The EBBRO Maziora 350R ran in GT300 in 2007 and is known for its distinctive RD350R-based silhouette and bold livery, campaigned by drivers Tetsuya Tanaka and Shinsuke Yamazaki.

TA05-IFS Chassis Features

The Tamiya 58389 kit uses the TA05-IFS chassis with an inboard front suspension arrangement and horizontal oil dampers to improve aerodynamic packaging and steering precision. Reversible suspension points enable detailed corner balancing and handling tweaks.

Component Fit and Finish

This kit fits gun-metal medium narrow 6-spoke wheels and racing slicks to mirror the track look. The body is moulded in 1mm clear polycarbonate, giving a faithful profile while keeping weight low. For neat painting results, Tamiya recommends PS16 Metallic Blue and PS41 Bright Silver polycarbonate spray paints.

Personalisation and Upgrades

Plenty of option parts are available to change gearing, damping and visual details. These parts are useful for adapting the car to tighter layouts or higher-speed circuits as you refine your setup.
